I have 16 years working experience as Office Manager and PA to senior management. Possess legal background and company secretary professional certificate. I am here to provide professional office administration and secretary services to SME companies or small office which need a temporary Office Manager/PA to senior management to handle short-term administrative and secretarial tasks. Charges is RM250 per hour include transportation cost to your company within Klang Valley area.

The following is the job scopes:
1. Draft letters
2. Write minutes of meeting
3. Draft business templates eg. Memo, fax, forms and so on.
4. Organize incoming correspondences and filing
5. Translate documents (English-BM-Chinese)
6. Procurement (stationery, pantry items, catering)
7. Arrange meeting
8. Proof reading
9. Online research
10. Arrange posting/courier
11. Attend incoming calls/visitors
12. Specific projects
